Fritton Lake Outdoor Centre, Church Lane, Fritton, NR31 9HA

Please do not park at the Pub. Follow yellow signs and marshals' instructions.

Amended route this year without the bamboo groves and rickety wooden bridges. Suitable for spikes but please take care on the firm tracks.

Senior race 4.5 miles (2 laps). Start 11.15 approx.
