Please remember to sign up on the website if you plan to attend - it makes life a lot easier for the ride leaders and helps with comms and / or cancellations etc if the weather is bad.
The routes will be different each week, some road, some MTB, some virtual (ie Zwift). Some long, some short. The lead team will ensure the group stays together and no-one gets left behind. Those of us who have attended in recent months have enjoyed the sessions immensely - the more the merrier!
