Can I please ask that you DO NOT get in the pool until the session lead arrives. This is for your own safety and it also puts the club at risk.

There will be laminated session plans in the folder. Please select the session you wish to do. They are taken from Sufferfest and Swim Smooth and have distances to suit all.

As always priority goes to club members. If the session isn't sold out then non-members will be invited to the sessions.

Please go on the waiting list if you can't book the main session. I can then invite you if people then drop out.
