The agenda is

We will start the AGM at 4:30 and it will last around 30 mins.

Then the annual 5 club awards will be issued, as well as the not to be missed special prizes from Karle.

Then there will be time after this for nibbles, drink and chatting!

Lucy has kindly purchased some food and drink. 4 x diet coke 2 x normal coke 4 x diet lemonade 2 x regular lemonade 4 x orange juice 6 x bags tortilla chips 3 x dips 2/3 x peanuts. We are trying to keep it simple this year so no need to bring any food. Just drinks if you are not happy with the above.

We will holding a raffle to raise club funds at the AGM - ideal opportunity to donate those drinks, nibbles, chocolates or unsuitable pressies you got from well meaning relatives! Just bring them along on the night and tickets will also be on sale then.
