Sunday Cycle Ride - Join us! Initial loop from the Lido will be about 28-30km, led by Justin. Back at the Lido for 8:00 AM to ride one loop of the Triathlon route, (fast/medium pace) - back by 8.45! The 8.45 am Tri route loop will be at social pace and anyone who just wants to learn the route.
