This weeks ride will be to Cafeye in Eye. First time trip here, sorry to change the location but typically it is the Framlingham 10K on Sunday and there are road closures.
It's be around a 50 mile round trip.
Meet in the sports centre car park for a 8am start.
Cycling helmet is mandatory.
