Due to the recent escalation of the Coronavirus situation, it has been decided to cancel all Beccles Triathlon Club activities with immediate effect. This position is currently expected to remain in force until the end of April. We have received compelling advice from our governing bodies, namely British Triathlon Federation and England Athletics, to this effect. We feel there is a need to advise members of the club position in a timely manner and that, for the avoidance of doubt and speculation, that time is now. Other local sports clubs have already made similar announcements. We hope members will find ways of continuing with their training plans through this period and they are, of course, free to make their own personal lifestyle decisions regarding the current situation.
