BTC Parkrun Tour continues, we will be visiting Catton Park Norwich.

Message from Catton Parkrun

"We are very proud and honoured to announce we have been asked to hold a memorial parkrun in honour of Sze-Ming Cheung on Saturday August 4th. Sze-Ming tragically died in a traffic accident in June and was a regular at Catton, his home parkrun. Many of you will have trained with Sze, asked his advice or been motivated by his achievements and actions, most will have seen him around taking part or volunteering at Catton. Since Sze was a keen athlete plus a member of a few sporting teams and athletic clubs during his time, we are asking everyone to join us in celebrating his life the way he would have lived it. Please cycle to the parkrun if at all possible (we are making arrangements to accommodate many extra cycles) and wear your club colours whether that’s as a running club or your sports team. For those who do not wish to run (it is Run Norwich on the Sunday), we are expecting a very large turnout so please do offer to volunteer and help us make this a day to remember!

We hope all are able to come along and help make the August 4th parkrun a fitting tribute to Sze. Whether you knew him or not; please come along to run, walk or volunteer and help celebrate the beauty and joy in being active collectively."
