"Tragically a close friend of mine ‘Ellen’ died a couple of weeks ago following a long battle with mental health.

She had a real zest for life, sense of adventure and was one of the most giving and kind people I have ever known.

As you can imagine it has been a huge shock to everyone that knew her, especially her family.

She has two children aged 4.5 years and 11months."

Rebecca is currently doing a couch to 5k programme with some friends. With the target being to take park at Lowestoft Parkrun on 7th July.

It would be great to have a large club turn out to support Rebecca.
