My name is Jason Fligg and I am a  practitioner registered performance nutritionist (SENR/BDA) based near  Norwich.

I have kindly been invited by your committee to come and speak  with you, the members, about performance/sports nutrition.

The club and I  welcome you all to this relaxed, informal gathering on June 21st 6-7pm,  to discuss a variety of topic areas under the performance nutrition umbrella.
