Session Name: 🎲 "Deck of Runs" 🏃♂️
How it Works:
In this fun and dynamic session, athletes will draw a card from a standard deck of playing cards 🎴. The card you pick will decide how many minutes your running effort lasts! For example:
• 2 of spades = 2 minutes 🂢
• 3 of diamonds = 3 minutes 🃃
