For this week’s running session we will be meeting at the Leman, and then heading down to Nelson Way for a selection of 400m, 800m and Mile repeats with a twist.
The twist being that you will spin the wheel of misfortune to decide what your next rep will be! Rest periods will be adjusted accordingly.
Please help us plan sessions and know who to wait for by signing up.
If you wish to divert/leave the group, ensure the coach / leader is aware of your intentions.
