Session is free for Beccles triathlon Club members and £1 for Non-Members
An easy introduction to threshold pace running
Put simply, this is the best pace that you can sustain for 60 minutes.
With time, threshold running enables you to run closer to your maximum
for longer - which must be a good thing for triathletes!
Don’t worry our efforts will be much shorter!
