About The Event

Lead Coach - Karen  Cadence | Session will cover cadence, stride length and power. Using drills to develop and improve your running. By the end of the session runners will understand how run cadence, stride length and force production combine for effective running.  Runners will be able to use a variety of drills and concepts to bring their running more in-line with best practice and be able to apply during a continuous run at race pace.

By signing up you agree to the following Runner Protocol as a condition of booking:

  1. Turn up if you have a slot booked - otherwise someone else could have swum.
  2. Don't turn up if you haven't - you may have a wasted journey.
  3. Athletes are generally encouraged to maintain the good protocols and practices that we have become accustomed to during the pandemic.
  4. These include, for example, personal hygiene and sanitation practices, self health checks and respect for others who may not be as comfortable with the relaxation of national guidance.
  5. Please continue to observe current government advice and adhere to any requests from any party whose facilities we make use of.
  6. Please continue to book onto club training sessions in advance of attending.
  7. If you wish to divert/leave the group, ensure the coach / leader is aware of your intentions.
