Mixed Ability Teams: Everyone is welcome, regardless of your running level. The session will include games, obstacles, and plenty of laughs.

• Rewards**: There’s a prize for the winning team!
• Bring Friends**: If you know someone who might be interested in joining the club and just wants to see what we’re about, bring them along!
• Social Afterwards**: Stick around after the relays for a club social

By signing up you agree to the following Runner Protocol as a condition of booking:

1. Turn up if you have a slot booked - otherwise someone else could have attended.
2. Don't turn up if you haven't - you may have a wasted journey.
3. Athletes are generally encouraged to maintain the good protocols and practices that we have become accustomed to during the pandemic.
4. These include, for example, personal hygiene and sanitation practices, self health checks and respect for others who may not be as comfortable with the relaxation of national guidance.
5. Please continue to observe current government advice and adhere to any requests from any party whose facilities we make use of.
6. Please continue to book onto club training sessions in advance of attending.
7. If you wish to divert/leave the group, ensure the coach / leader is aware of your intentions.
