The Puddingmoor / Ballygate Loop is a mile.  So three laps plus the section from the hotel to the top of Norgate (Lido Lane).  3.1 miles / 5km.  The only climb is at the Bungay Road end.  The rest is flat or slightly downhill.  Overall there is a drop in elevation.  Fast route...???!!!

You choose your pace / time - 5km PB, current 5km pace, 10km pace, half marathon pace etc etc.  Your choice - but, try and be on it!  We will collect predictions before we start - and match up with actuals afterwards.

1. Turn up if you have a slot booked - otherwise someone else could have attended.

4. These include, for example, personal hygiene and sanitation practices, self health checks and respect for others who may not be as comfortable with the relaxation of national guidance.
5. Please continue to observe current government advice and adhere to any requests from any party whose facilities we make use of.
6. Please continue to book onto club training sessions in advance of attending.
7. If you wish to divert/leave the group, ensure the coach / leader is aware of your intentions.
