Lead Coach | Tom The Wheel of Misfortune

For this week’s running session we will be meeting at the Leman, and then heading down to Nelson Way for a selection of 400m, 800m and Mile repeats with a twist. 

The twist being that you will spin the wheel of misfortune to decide what your next rep will be! Rest periods will be adjusted accordingly.

Please wear Hi Viz and light as usual as it will be turning dark towards the end of the session!

By signing up you agree to the following Runner Protocol as a condition of booking:

1. Turn up if you have a slot booked - otherwise someone else could have attended.
2. Don't turn up if you haven't - you may have a wasted journey.
3. Athletes are generally encouraged to maintain the good protocols and practices that we have become accustomed to during the pandemic.
4. These include, for example, personal hygiene and sanitation practices, self health checks and respect for others who may not be as comfortable with the relaxation of national guidance.
5. Please continue to observe current government advice and adhere to any requests from any party whose facilities we make use of.
6. Please continue to book onto club training sessions in advance of attending.
7. If you wish to divert/leave the group, ensure the coach / leader is aware of your intentions.
