Run Session - Tom | The Wheel of Misfortune

For this week’s running session we will be meeting at the Leman, and then heading down to Nelson Way for a selection of 400m, 800m and Mile repeats with a twist. Please wear Hi Viz and light as usual as it will be turning dark towards the end. Meet outside entrance to Sir John Leman school.

The twist being that you will spin the wheel of misfortune to decide what your next rep will be! Rest periods will be adjusted accordingly.
Please wear Hi Viz and light as usual as it will be turning dark towards the end of the session!
