For this week’s running session we will be meeting at the Leman, and then heading down to Nelson Way for a selection of 400m, 800m and Mile repeats with a twist. Hi Viz & Head or Chest Torch essential Meet outside entrance to Sir John Leman school.

The twist being that you will spin the wheel of misfortune to decide what your next rep will be! Rest periods will be adjusted accordingly.
