All routes are fully signposted.

All routes will have a number of dedicated rest stops. The teams at our rest stops are all volunteers and will be happy to help you if you require any assistance. Drink and feed stops will be close to toilets and have somewhere to fill up your water bottle and rest awhile. The Charity teams will sell you tea/coffee and cake to help you along your way.

The Feed stop (100 & 75 mile) will also include a complimentary meal-deal style lunch with sandwich, banana, crisps & cake
