Training sessions currently scheduled for the remainder of this week are as follows:
January 27th – Monday Swim Session, 19.30–20.30 and 20:30–21:30 options
January 29th – Wednesday Swim Session, 20.00–20.45 and 20:45–21:30 options
January 30th – Run Session – Steve | 800 metre repeats
February 2nd – 10am Bike Session - 30 mile loop to the Station Cafe [Road]
