Training sessions currently scheduled for the remainder of this week are as follows:
February 17th – Monday Swim Session, 19.30–20.30 and 20:30–21:30 options
February 19th – Wednesday Swim Session, 20.00–20.45 and 20:45–21:30 options
February 20th – Run Session – Suzy | Strides
February 23rd – Road bike ride loop out to Minsmere, cafe stop in Beccles at end
